What levels of English do you teach?
I teach all levels, from Elementary to Advanced. Whether you're just starting or want to refine your skills, I can help you improve.

Do you work with children?
I successfuly work 1-on-1 with children from the age of 10. I also offer small groups for teenagers that can speak English, but wish to enhance their grammar.

Do you offer individual or group lessons?
I offer both! You can choose 1-on-1 lessons that focus on your personal goals, or you can join a small group class where you’ll learn with others in a supportive environment.

What happens in the first 1-on-1 lesson?
In the first lesson, we’ll have a brief conversation to assess your current English level and discuss your goals. This will help me design lessons that are tailored specifically to your needs.

What grammar topics do you cover in the lessons?
I cover a wide range of topics from all the language areas. My grammar and vocabulary topics are always practical and correspond with the groups' current level, making the lessons comfortable, yet challenging. In 1-on-1 sessions we can work on your very specific needs.

What are group classes like?
Group classes are small, so everyone has a chance to participate. We focus on practical, everyday topics in a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll build confidence while improving your communication skills and grammar.

Will I receive homework?
Homework is optional, but it’s available for those who want to reinforce what we cover in the lessons. I provide feedback and guidance to help you continue learning outside of class.

Do you teach students preparing for exams?
Yes, I offer lessons for students preparing for exams like IELTS, CAE, and TOEFL. These lessons focus on the key skills needed to succeed, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening. Having successfully helped students prepare, I have a deep understanding of the exam formats, the types of questions you’ll encounter, and how to study in the most efficient way.

What languages do you speak?
I am fluent in three languages—English, Russian, and Hebrew. This gives me a deep understanding of language learning from both the student and teacher perspectives.

How do I know if the group lessons are right for my level?
We will have a quick conversation to assess your current English level. This will ensure that you are placed in a group with students at a similar level, so the lessons will be challenging but not too difficult.​

What is your education level?
I hold a CELTA certification for teaching English, which means I have been trained in effective teaching methods. Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree from King’s College London and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Tel-Aviv. I also have a diploma in Software Testing and in a few marketing, project management and IT courses. My academic background and work experience are very useful for those wishing to enter a university or get a job in an international company.

What payment options do you offer?
Payments can typically be made by credit card when you book a session on the website. I also accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, PaySend or BIT, please contact me to arrange the payment, if you prefer one of these payment methods. We can discuss the options that are most convenient for you when we set up the lessons.

What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. I try to be very flexible, however, frequent late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged.

Why can't I just book a lesson online?
Before scheduling a lesson with a new student, I always arrange a conversation to learn about your needs and goals. Once we get to know each other, the booking process will be quick and easy.

What if I book a course but change my mind? Will I get a refund?
It depends on what stage you change your mind. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first session, you'll receive a full refund. If you decide to stop after the first 3 sessions, you'll be refunded for the remaining unused sessions.

What if I have to miss a group sessions?
In group classes, missed sessions cannot always be rescheduled, but I will provide you with materials or a summary to keep you up to date.
